Abstract: Royal CPH Group is set to enter the Phuket real estate market with its latest project, "Phuket Lakeside Avenue," in collaboration with Phuket Town Development Capital Group. Located in the Choeng Talay area, the project spans over 5 rai and comprises two 7-story apartment buildings with a total of 206 units.

Scheduled for pre-sale launch in August this year, Royal CPH Group aims to make a significant entry into the Phuket real estate market with "Phuket Lakeside Avenue."


The project, a joint venture between Phuket Town Development Capital Group and Royal CPH Development Company, marks the emergence of their new land development business. With a registered capital of 154 million Thai Baht, "Phuket Lakeside Avenue" in Choeng Talay features two 7-story buildings offering 206 units, priced at approximately 141,000 Thai Baht per square meter.

Ms. Sukanya Takeuchi, Chief Financial Officer of Royal CPH Development Company Limited, highlighted that the company, established in 2014 with an initial capital of 2 million Thai Baht, has grown significantly to its current stature. The five main shareholders bring over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, encompassing construction, finance, and interior design, with a blend of Thai and international investors.


Inspired by local mining history, the design of "Phuket Lakeside Avenue" features facades in copper, gray, and black themes, distinguishing it from traditional projects. The design team includes MAKE A SCENE CO. for architectural design, LANDSCAPE TEXTONIX Co. for landscape design, and GALLERIA Co. for interior decoration, collectively creating a distinctive residential environment.

Additionally, plans are underway for a second project in the Choeng Talay area, focusing on pool villas and slated to commence in 2026, further expanding Royal CPH Group's footprint in Phuket's real estate market.


Positioned competitively with a price advantage of 15-20% compared to similar projects, "Phuket Lakeside Avenue" enjoys a prime location around the lake, poised as a pivotal development for Phuket Town's future growth.

Anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026, the Sale Gallery for "Phuket Lakeside Avenue" is currently under construction at Choeng Talay Soi 1, situated near Choeng Talay Soi 3.
