Adjacent to the campus and student housing, College Villas occupies an area of 11,200 square meters. There are more than 40 villas in four sizes ranging from 148 to 346 square meters. The total floor area is about 10,000 square meters with a floor area ratio of 0.9. The villa has 8 meter high ceilings and smart living system as well as fine decoration. The project is a gated community with 24-hour security guards and CCTV security. Other public facilities include a multi-purpose hall, luxury swimming pool, children's playground, cafe, dining area, shared office area, and 24-hour convenience store. The project is located a few hundred meters from the Olympic-level sports facilities at the Tanyapura Sports Resort. The project community has direct access to the UWC campus in Thailand and will be a designated residential community for teachers and principals. The school will sign a 10-year lease agreement for the teachers' villa. The first phase of the project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2023, with full project deliveries expected to be completed by 2024.
